Machining M5 threads with a rolling machine. L. R is a pair of involute rolling wheels with the same parameters, and L wheel can be adjusted by adjusting the mechanism to coincide with the indentation of R wheel on the surface of workpiece P. The workpiece P is positioned and clamped with two central holes. Adjusting the fixture can cause the workpiece to move axially. When subjected to force, it can swing around the axis parallel to the machine spindle at point O on the fixture by a Φ angle to ensure that the workpiece always maintains a free rolling state with the two rolling wheels during the cold rolling process, and is also convenient for clamping the workpiece.

As the management of workers becomes increasingly difficult and labor costs rise, the application of fully automatic rolling machines is becoming more and more widespread. By replacing traditional manual rolling machines with automatic rolling machines, the labor intensity of workers can be greatly reduced. Workers only need to put the workpiece into multiple automatic feeding mechanisms such as vibration discs at once to achieve fully automatic processing of products. One person can view multiple devices, greatly saving manpower and material resources; At the same time, it can also reduce the impact of factors such as workers' emotions on the quality of product processing, and enhance the consistency of product processing.

Even when the rolling machine is not in use, maintenance should be carried out on the equipment to prevent malfunctions that may delay work when it is ready to be used. Equipment that has not been used for too long is likely to malfunction, so it is important to pay attention to maintenance when idle. Below, the Dongguan rolling machine manufacturer's editor will introduce to you the maintenance contents of the rolling machine.
1、 Check that there are no obstacles, impurities, or new pulling, grinding, or collision damage on the equipment bed, workbench, guide rails, and other main sliding surfaces;
2、 Check the handles, valves, rods, and major components of each operating mechanism;
3、 Check whether all safety protection devices are complete, intact, installed correctly and reliably;
4、 Check if the oil level in the lubrication area is sufficient;
5、 Check for any abnormal looseness in major components, parts, and fasteners.
